trulyoffline exists because of a simple belief: the software on your phone should work for you — not for an advertising network, not for a data broker, and not for a server you've never seen.
Every app we build runs entirely on your device. Not “mostly on-device.” Not “on-device with anonymous analytics.” Entirely, verifiably, provably on your device. No network requests for core functionality. No analytics SDK. No crash reporters that phone home. No telemetry of any kind.
We charge once for each app because that's the honest model. Our apps don't have server costs, because they don't have servers. Charging monthly for software that runs on hardware you already own would be dishonest.
Who's behind this
trulyoffline is built by a solo developer.
Every line of code, every design decision, every word on this site — one person, building tools they'd want to use themselves. No investors. No board. No one to answer to except the people who use the apps.
What's next
The trulyoffline family is growing. We're planning more offline-first utilities — tools that do one thing well, respect your privacy by architecture, and cost a fair one-time price.
