What ScribeKit is

ScribeKit is a voice transcription app that runs speech recognition models on your device. It converts audio to text entirely on-device without requiring an internet connection for transcription.

Acceptable use

You may use ScribeKit for any lawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to record any conversations you transcribe. Recording others without their knowledge or consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

Transcription accuracy

Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, accents, and background noise. ScribeKit provides no guarantee of accuracy. Always review transcripts before relying on them for any important purpose.

Intellectual property

You own the audio you record and the transcripts ScribeKit generates. We make no claim to your content.

Limitation of liability

ScribeKit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, trulyoffline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ScribeKit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
